What has the shipping cost or delivery charges?
Shipping costs vary by seller. Sellers pay a relatively higher shipping cost for low-cost items.
In these cases, charging a small shipping fee will help offset the logistics cost. Please check the order summary to understand the shipping cost of individual products.

Why doesn't the delivery date match the delivery time XY business days?
Depending on the schedule on the product page, the seller or our courier company may be closed between the order date and delivery date. In this case, we add the date to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this will be reflected in delivery times.
Any hidden costs (sales tax, octroy, etc) on items sold by sellers?
There are NO hidden fees when shopping on DTFmart. List price is the final price and includes everything. The price displayed on the product page is exactly what you will pay. Shipping charges are not hidden charges and are charged according to the seller's shipping policy (if charged at all).
Why isn't the CoD option available in my region/ location/ area/ pincode?
CoD availability depends on whether the courier partner serving your location can accept cash as payment for delivery. Shipping partners have limits on the amount of cash they will pay for delivery depending on destination, and your order may exceed this limit. Enter the pin code on the product page to see if CoD is available in your area or not.
I want to return a product, how do I arrange to pick it up?
Returning is simple. Contact us to initiate a return. When you initiate a refund, you will receive a phone call explaining the process. If possible, our Logistics will help you pick up the goods. If you are unable to schedule a pickup, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by you only.
Can DTFmart ship internationally?
It does not currently ship worldwide. You can shop on our site from anywhere in the world using a credit/debit card issued in India.
